Where are the chargers you sell manufactured?

All the charging stations we offer are manufactured in Europe. We guarantee our customers comprehensive certification and support.

Do you have a financing/leasing offer for me?

Do you also perform post-warranty maintenance?

Yes. We have service packages that we negotiate directly with customers based on their needs: for routine maintenance or post-warranty repairs.

Can I install the charging station by myself?

No. Charging stations, even private ones, must be installed by a qualified and certified electrician. You can choose your installer of choice.

How to access the service?

Contact us and we will send you a link to register. We will also send you the subscription contract.

What is the communication protocol with the station?

The software communicates with the charging station using the OCPP (required in the station for communication). This allows you to manage the device as a charging station operator (CPO), including remote control and diagnostics.

Is a free trial period possible?

Yes. You will have 7 days to try and test the platform before receiving the invoice for the first cycle.

How does 3CHARGY treat my privacy?

We strictly abide by all RODO regulations.

e-mob APP

How do I associate my NANO/AERO with the e-mob APP?

Our technicians will complete the pairing and initial configuration on the day of installation. However, if you encounter technical problems after installation, you may need to add NANO/AERO back to your application.

How can I access the service?

You can install and use the app at no cost. Only if you need to use a public charging station will you need to register a payment card.

How can I pay for public charging services?

You have two options: you can top up your prepaid account in the app or register one or more debit/credit cards. Before each transaction, decide which payment method to use.

Can I get an idea of the cost of recharging?

Yes. Each charging station shown on the map clearly shows all costs associated with charging. There are no hidden costs.

Are all services available throughout Europe?

Yes. We guarantee the use of all services in Europe (services in some countries may differ).

What happens if I don't move forward after the initial verification?

The initial review service with inspection by our staff is billed as one service. When you decide to proceed with the investment, the amount paid will be deducted from the total amount of work.

Is there a guarantee for your services?

Yes. Our services are covered by warranty, and in the case of some charging station manufacturers, installation by certified personnel is necessary to keep the product warranty valid.

What components do you use for repairs?

We use only original and manufacturer-certified parts in our work and repairs.

Do you also install home chargers?

Yes. We have a nationwide network of electrical installers who install our devices on favorable terms. You can also buy our devices directly from our certified installers.

Do you handle the preparation of documentation for state institutions?

Yes. We represent the investor in the preparation and submission of all required documents and in the final acceptance of the station by government departments.
