  • Personal Data - information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person

  • Processing - means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data by automated or non-automated means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, displaying, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, comparing or linking, limiting, erasing or destroying;

  • Processing Restriction - means the marking of stored personal data to limit its future processing

  • Profiling - means any form of automated processing of personal data that involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors of an individual, particularly to analyze or predict aspects of that individual's job performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements

  • Consent - consent of the data subject shall mean a voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous manifestation of will by which the data subject, in the form of an explicit affirmative statement or action, consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her

  • Personal Data Breach - means a breach of security involving the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed

  • Pseudonymization - means the processing of personal data in such a way that it can no longer be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is stored separately and is covered by technical and organizational measures that prevent it from being attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person

  • Anonymization - Data anonymization is an irreversible process of data operations that destroys/overwrites "personal data" making it impossible to identify, or link, a particular record to a specific user or individual.

§2 Data Protection Officer

According to Article 37 of the RODO, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

§3 Types of Cookies

  • Internal Cookies - files sent to and read from the User's device by the Service's data communication system

  • External Cookies - files sent to and read from the User's Device by the Services' ICT systems external to the Service. The scripts of the External Services that may place Cookies on the User's Devices have been knowingly placed on the Service through scripts and services made available and installed on the Service

§12 Personal data processing period

As a rule, the personal data indicated are kept by the Administrator only for the period of the provision of the Service. They are deleted or anonymized within a maximum period of 30 days after the termination of the provision of the Services (e.g., deletion of a registered user's account, cancellation of newsletter subscription, etc.).

§15 Service requirements

  • The Administrator shall not be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the functionality of the Service if the User restricts the storage and reading of Cookies in any way.

In the Service - articles, posts, entries or comments by Users may contain links to external sites with which the Service Owner does not cooperate.
